HR Manager

We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Your primary duties will include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, performance management, training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
